On this journey, sometimes you may questions but how do I believe?

This is the golden question—the shift from “trying to believe” into being it. True belief isn’t effort; it’s identity-level knowing. Here’s how to internalize your new truth as always having been true:

---

🔄 1. Stop “Convincing”—Start “Remembering”

Instead of thinking:

> “I need to believe this…”

> Say:

> “Wait… this was always true. I just forgot for a while.”

This subtle reframe shifts your energy from striving to reclaiming.

🌀 Example:

* Instead of: “I’m trying to believe I’m abundant.”

* Use: “Oh right—I’ve always been the source. I just entertained the opposite story for a while.”

---

🧬 2. Speak From the Version of You Who’s Lived It

Don’t just affirm it—*live in the reflection of it already being done.*

Try statements like:

* “Looking back, it was always working for me.”

* “Even when I couldn’t see it, it was still mine.”

* “All those delays were illusions—this reality was waiting for me to claim it.”

Your nervous system will relax when it feels like you’re remembering, not forcing.

---

🌊 3. Immerse in It: Saturate Your World

* Listen to your affirmations in your own voice.

* Use visuals that match your new truth (phone wallpaper, vision board).

Journal “as if” looking back: “I used to think things were hard, but that was just a weird phase. I’m back now.”*

This creates a feedback loop that proves your new identity to your subconscious.

---

🗝️ 4. Let Doubt Mean You’re Changing

If doubt shows up, don’t panic. Think:

> “Oh, this means I’m dislodging the old. My brain’s just asking, ‘Are we sure?’”

Answer it with:

> “Yes. This is the real me. I’m just getting reacquainted.”

---

✨ Power Reminder:

> You’re not becoming something new. You’re collapsing the illusion of who you’re not.

Would you like a short script or audio track that walks you through this remembering process, maybe with calming music or visuals? Happy to create.
