When shifting to another version of self or another character can take practice if it's not natural to this version of you. How would they think from *already being* the version of themselves who has it all? Their inner dialogue would sound calm, grounded, and certain—not desperate or searching.

For example, someone who feels like money is hard to get, they don't have their desired appearance, and they don't live where they want to live. How would they think as the new character?

💸 **About Money**

* “Money flows to me constantly, from expected and unexpected places.”

* “Everything I want, I can afford easily—it’s just who I am now.”

* “I don’t chase money. I decide what I want, and it shows up.”

* “I’m always taken care of. There’s more than enough for me.”

💫 **About Appearance**

* “I love how I look—I feel radiant, magnetic, and effortlessly beautiful.”

* “My body reflects how good I feel inside. It’s always responding to my love and care.”

* “I walk into every room confident, soft, and powerful.”

* “I’m admired without even trying. I *am* the aesthetic.”

❤️ **About Relationships**

* “I’m deeply loved, chosen, and cherished just for being me.”

* “My relationship is peaceful, secure, exciting, and fun. I never have to beg for love—it overflows.”

* “They show up for me, prioritize me, and reflect the love I have for myself.”

* “I attract emotionally intelligent, generous, and kind people. It’s all easy now.”

🏡 **About Home**

* “My home is exactly how I want it—peaceful, beautiful, and luxurious.”

* “It’s my sanctuary, a perfect reflection of the life I’ve created.”

* “Everything I need is right here, and more keeps coming.”

* “I feel safe, comfortable, and elevated in my space. I belong here.”

The core belief is:

**“It’s already done. I already am her.”**

From that place, you *respond* to life instead of trying to force or fix it.
